How it works
1. You answer the intake form.
- Tell us about your project, your team, and how you like to run projects.
- We ask project-oriented questions about your timeline, your people, and the guardrails you work within.
- In the Guided kit, we complete the intake together on a discovery call.
- After you buy, we send you a simple team roster to fill in: names, titles, departments, and who is on your review team.
2. You get a draft.
About 5 business days after we receive your roster, all four documents arrive marked “Draft,” with proposed owners based on job titles, plus starting tasks, risks, and assumptions for your team to correct.
3. Your review team meets.
They confirm each person’s role, correct the tasks, risks, and dates, and sign the validation checklist. Every Accountable person should be on the review team.
4. You send the files back.
Within 15 working days of receiving your Draft, reply to the email that delivered it and attach the four documents and the signed checklist. If a signature is missing, written confirmation, such as an email, can stand in for it. One extension is available on request. If your files arrive after 15 working days, or after the extension if you ask for one, additional review time is billed hourly: Guided kits at the pre-agreed rate, and Self-guided kits at my current rate. The Guided kit includes a second round of review.
5. We produce your final version.
A person checks that every task has one Accountable owner and at least one Responsible person, that no one is overloaded, and that the right people have signed. Your final documents arrive without “Draft,” with the confirmed owners carried through all four.
